Can you work while we stay open?
Usually yes, and most of this work is done exactly that way. Overnight and early morning shifts, closed days, or working through the room in sections with screens up. Tell us your trading pattern and we will build the programme around it.
What kind of premises do you work on?
Pubs, bars, cafes, restaurants, small hotels and small commercial and retail units. It is the same work as a high end house, done to a schedule that suits a business, with finishes chosen for wear rather than for a photograph.
Do you cover London as well as Kent?
Yes. Commercial work takes us into south east London and beyond regularly, and travel is priced into the written quote rather than added afterwards. If you are further out, ask anyway and we will tell you honestly whether it makes sense.
Can you do exterior work and signage areas?
Exterior painting, render repairs, frontage woodwork and preparing the areas signage fixes back to are all part of what we do. Signage itself is normally made and fitted by a sign company, and we will work alongside them so the frontage is finished in one visit rather than two.
How is a commercial job priced?
On a written quote after a site visit, with the scope, the programme and the working hours set out. Out of hours and phased working affects the price, so it is agreed up front rather than discovered halfway through.
